The Farm Girl Cafe in Notting Hill is arguably the most beloved spot by the locals in the area. What separates this brilliant Australia-inspired brunch place is its beautiful location and amazing attention to detail when it comes to food and coffee. Here you can always count on a friendly service and delicious seasonal menu. Hidden away in the gorgeous courtyard, just off Portobello street market, this lovely cafe will definitely leave you speechless and wanting for more.

Here are my top 5 reasons to visit Farm Girl Cafe during the work week.Interior look at Farm Girl London. Sea-green tiles are covering the walls with brushed brown hardwood floors. 1. Meet the locals at Farm Girl Cafe

Notting Hill area has a very distinct character and presence to it and that extends to the residents as well. Farm girl is one of those spots where locals like to gather. In my opinion people living in Notting Hill are some of the friendliest and most interesting you will find in all of London. They are always super happy to chat about pretty much anything. Here you can meet anyone from a dog walker or a yoga teacher to a starting entrepreneur or a fashion designer.Barista pouring milk into a coffee cup.A close up of the rose petal latte with gorgeous latte art. 2. You Get to Pet Doggies

Both founders of Farm girl cafe are dog lovers so, of course, their cafe is also a dog friendly space. It is natural to see a dog or a two there. The beautiful courtyard makes for one amazing play area to play with a dog.

3. Get that Perfect Instagram Shot

No doubt Farm Girl cafe is producing one of the best looking brunches in London. Their colorful coffees and latte art alone deserve to be on everyone’s Instagram feed. Their courtyard is extremely photogenic and perfect for styling up your brunch shot. The pink and white tables will make any dish look outstanding and take your insta snap even further. The best time to do so will be turning up during the week and using the quiet time to your advantage.Breakfast in the courtyard with buckwheat pancakes, shaushuka and rose petal latte.A shot of rose petal latte next to blue matcha latte. 4. No Crowds on Portobello Street Market

Farm Girl is located just off Portobello Street Market which makes this cafe a great place to start. The market is open throughout the week and will be almost completely empty during work days. It is a great opportunity to stroll around, bargain with the venders and take beautiful shots of the market area. (The first antique shop you will see makes for a terrific backdrop for your photos)

5. No Queue at Farm Girl Notting Hill

Farm Girl Cafe has become a very popular destination, especially during the weekend. It is no surprise as their seasonal healthy menu is outstanding (try the buckwheat pancakes) and has attracted lots of crowds. Saying that, nobody wants to spend their brunch with fifty pairs of eye balls staring at you, wondering when will you finish your meal. All of this could be avoided if you come during the week. I sincerely believe this Notting Hill cafe works best when the atmosphere is relaxed with plenty of time to enjoy everything that it has to offer. I still recommend calling up front just in case to see how busy they are.Girl peeking out of the alley leading to Farm Girl cafes courtyard.A shot from above on the buckwheat pancakes, shaushuka with coffees.
